We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: MBA /BBA or B.Com graduate.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Proficient in English or Hindi (spoken and written).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate social media tools.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
